Portland Baseball Club Paperwork

Portland Baseball Club requires the following paperwork to be able to play on our summer teams. Much of this paperwork is player information for both sending out to colleges as well as general contact information. The player contract is to inform you of how PBC operates when it comes to playing time, player fee info and payment schedule, and more.

2012 Fundraising Program

Our main 2012 fundraiser is our Media Guide Advertisement. Players can sell ads for our media guide and earn commissions applied to their player fee. All ads are due in May.
