Great day of baseball in the play in games today. In the junior division, Prairie came back from an 8-2 deficit to beat Sherwood 9-8. In the academy divsion, Portland BB Club defeated PBC #3 4-0 in a quick pitchers duel. So here's the final schedule for Sunday:

Junior League Playoffs

Sunday Championships - The Bat Company vs Prairie e at 10:00am followed by Portland BB Club vs Metro Baseball at 12:30pm. The winner of those two games play for the championship at 3:00pm. All Sunday games at Snyder Park in Sherwood.

School League Playoffs

Sunday Championships - Oregon City vs Northside Yankees at 10:00am followed by Aloha vs PBC #3 at 12:30pm. The winner of those two games play for the championship at 3:00pm. All Sunday games at Clackamas CC in Oregon City.

Academy League Playoffs

Sunday Championships - Lobos vs Portland BB Club at 10:00am followed by Athletes in Motion vs The Dalles at 12:30pm. The winner of those two games play for the championship at 3:00pm. All Sunday games at Alder Creek MS.

Junior League Playoffs

Saturday Play in Game - Sherwood vs Prairie at 10:00am at Snyder Park. The winner of that game plays at 10:00am on Sunday in the Championships.

All Sunday games at Clackamas CC in Oregon City. If field conditions at CCC are not good, games will be moved to Oregon City HS.

The schedule for the playoffs on Sunday and the play in games on Saturday will be posted on Wednesday morning. Every team will play this weekend.

Here are the updated standings. We are in the process of determining makeup games for this Saturday between the Northside Yankees and PBC #3 as well as the play in games on Saturday for the Academy and Junior Divisions. Info on those games and the schedule for Sunday will be posted by Tuesday afternoon at the latest.

As of 10:45am games at Walker Stadium are rained out.

As of 9:00am,Clackamas CC is rained out. Others, please check back before you leave for your games.

There is a change in the School Division of the High School League. Northside Yankees and Aloha are swapping fields. Aloha will now play at Oregon City HS and Northside Yankees will play at Clackamas CC.

Sunday September 25th, 2011

As of 8:15am, the Junior League games at Glenwood Little League are rained out. Field is unplayable. All other games are on as scheduled.

As of 7:30am, all games are on as scheduled including the changes from yesterday.

Yesterdays changes the games at Oregon City HS are now between Oregon City HS and Northside Yankees. Those games will begin at 11:00am at Oregon City HS.

The games between PBC #3 and Aloha will be at Clackamas CC starting at 11:00am.

Game changes for the high school division. Hudson's Bay is no longer fielding a team. So for this Sunday, the games at Oregon City HS are now between Oregon City HS and Northside Yankees. Those games will begin at 11:00am at Oregon City HS.

The games between PBC #3 and Aloha will be at Clackamas CC starting at 11:00am.

All other games are on as scheduled as of now. Weather is supposed to coming in around 3:00am so host teams please check your fields by 8:00am and report back to me. Coaches, players, parents check this page before you head out to your games.

As of 8:00am, the games at Hudson's Bay HS are rained out today. No games for Hudson's Bay, PBC #3, and Northside Yankees. All other games are on as scheduled.

In the Academy division, Athletes in Motion has combined into one team. Therefore, that has changed some of the 3 team doubleheaders into 2 team doubleheaders. Please check the schedule as it has been updated. It should read Rev. 9-16 in the top right corner. That is most current schedule.

Be sure to check this page before heading out to your games this Sunday for any additional schedule updates or changes.

Due to some unforeseen field conflicts and some player number issues, there are a few schedule changes for this Sunday Sept. 11th. Here they are:

The Academy Division games between The Dalles, PBC 2, and AIM is now a doubleheader starting at 11:00am at Quinton Street Ballpark. AIM will not be able to field a team for those games.

The School Division games at Hudsons Bay HS are moved to Clackamas CC. Hudsons Bay is not able to field a team for those games. The games will now be played as a 1:15pm doubleheader at Clackamas CC between Aloha and PBC 3.

The Junior Division games at Clackamas CC are moved to Glenwood Little League starting at 1:15pm. Those are the games between Prairie Devil Dogs and Portland BB Club.

Sorry for the changes and hopefully after this we won't have anymore.

The 2011 Portland Baseball Club Fall League is set to begin on Sunday September 11th. We have 6 high school academy division teams, 5 high school single school division teams, and 5 junior division teams. The number of teams this year allows us to have a schedule in which teams will play 2 different teams just about every week instead of a doubleheader against the same team. This is something that has been suggested for years, but we finally were able to make it work this year. Click here to view the 2011 Schedule

We've also added a mid week training program to our 2011 Fall League. The first week we averaged about 20 guys at each session. Great opportunity to work on skills during the week versus just playing games and reinforcing bad habits during the games. The training program is available to all individual signups.
